Thanks for your patience, show 2 is coming very soon. In fact, since there has been such a delay, show 3 will probably follow on within a couple of days!

We will update you on our schedule as soon as the next show comes out.

I know he’s won a BAFTA, but…

…what excuse does Russell T Davies have for last night’s season finale? No, really. Benefit of the doubt and everything, Tennant and Agyeman were as good as ever but the rest of it was fucking awful. I mean, uniquely bad… Was that supposed to be a story? I’ve been pushed close to it before but Last of the Time Lords actually made me angry! That this lazily scripted tosh was considered so good they felt the need to extend it by 8 minutes!

The “if everyone thinks of the Doctor at the same time” idea was so lame it makes me wince. RTD has taken the whole Messianic/God-like Doctor too far. I’m not offended by it because I’m religious, I’m not religious at all, I just think its a poor idea. And what was all this “I forgive you.” business? Big, fat, hairy deal mate. How patronisingly kind of you, why don’t you pat me on the head too? The CGI Doctor-Goblin was AWFUL and all I could think of while he was in that cage was Sylvester and Tweety.

The Master’s violence towards the Old Doctor was unneccesary. I don’t recall Delgado punching Pertwee in the face. The show, and more importantly, the character, was too sophisticated for that. And the implied violence that he was beating up his wife was inexcusable. Such a shame after the promise of Utopia and Derek Jacobi’s beautiful performance.

And as for the ‘cliffhanger’… How does the Titanic burst through the inner shell of the TARDIS when we know that the outer and inner shells exist in different dimensions. What rubbish. Maybe the Bad Santas will return and be The Band That Played On as the Titanic went down. Actually, I bet he’s already thought of that.

Oh, I can’t be bothered to go on, its too depressing. I just feel for Tennant and Agyeman, both of whom were excellent, being forced to perform this badly though out mush.

Oh, one other thing:
NEVER, NEVER, TURN BACK TIME! IT IS THE BIGGEST COP-OUT EVER DEVISED AND SHOULD NEVER, EVER BE USED IN DOCTOR WHO, EVER. ARGH!

I feel like my nine year-old self has been slowly kicked to death.
